RESOLVED FIJRTHER, That the Commiasioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
d�irected to prepare plana and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city afficials axe hereby authorized and directed to pro-
� ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Go�issioner of Finance of the City of St< Paul:
The Coummissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preli�inary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 241235 approved Dec. 6th. 19 68
relative to reconstructiag the sidewalk on both sides of Forest St. from Conway St.
to Euclid St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incfdental to complete
said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reportse
lo The estimated cost thereof is $3.50 per lin. ft, for standard sidewalk 5 ft9
wfde and $4e20 per lina ft. for staadard sidewalk 6 ft. wide>
