The Comaaissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 241148 approved Dec. 3rd. 19 68
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Margaret St. from Greenbrier
St. to �pe St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to com-
