The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the repor� of the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improv�ment
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with. -
2. That the'nature of the improvement which the.Council recommends is
to reconstruct- the sider,talk on the eaat side of Charlton St: froffi W, Page St. to
Morton St. and by doing all other worlc whf.ch is necessary and incidental to cc�plete
said imprc�►ement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalka. ncrw exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost ther�eof is 3.50 per lin. ft. for 5' walk
$ 4.20 per lin. �t, for 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on, said improvement on th� �S t day of
April, 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock_A:M., in the Gouncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chart�er, atating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total:cx�t thereof as estimated
