that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and
directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
Engineering Service Agreement between Toltz, King�, Duvall,
Anderson and Associates, Incorporated, a Minnesota
corporation, and the City, pertaining to the demolition
of an existing bridge and the con.struction of a new
culvert and pavement in Cherokee Park in the Gity of
Saint Paul, as more particularly set forth in said agreement.
