WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul has a use deed from
the State of Minnesota for certain tax—forfeited land
located in Ramsey County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, The Ramsey County Board of County Commissioners
has authorized and directed the registration of the title to
the said tax—forfeited land in the name of the State of
Min.nesota; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul, consent to registration proceedings of the
following described tax—forfeited land:
The south 295• 5 feet of the north 685.6'7
feet of the west 404.00 feet of the
East %2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township
29 North, Range 22 West, subject to
easements in vacated Pedersen Street
and subject to Wilson Avenue,
Subject to Ruth Street, Conway Street,
and Wilson Avenue and (except the south
295. 5 feet of the north 685.67 feet of
the west 404.00 feet of the East %2 of
