RESOLVED, That the Cornnissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby
authorized to pay from the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 6000
the amount of $2,240.94, a portion of the assessable costs of Sidewalk
Construction under the 1968 Sidewalk Contract 68-M-434, District F1o. 3,
Levy No. 3, L-7008, in the a►�aount of $2,240.94, said Perr�anent Improvement
Revolving Fund to be rei�nbursed from the City's Share of Local I�prover�ent
Aid Fund, 0920-701 (1969).
