WHEREAS, The Uepartment of Public Works has a vacancy for a Civil
Engineer, and
WHEREAS, The Departs�ent of Public Works and the Civi) Service Bc�reau
have not been able to fi11 the vacancy froEn the available qualified
personnel in the local area, and
M►HEREAS, A Mr. Forrest D. Miller of St. Louis, Mo. will be
interviewed by the Department of Public Works for this position; now
therefore be it�
RESOLVED, That the City Council hereby authorizes the reir�bursement
of all pocket expenses incurred by Mr. Forrest D. Miller in connection
with aa interview that will serve the best interest of the City of St.
Paul and be it further�
RESOLVED, That the total amount to be patd to Mr. Forrest D. Miller
in no event shaii exceed the sum of $125.00 to be paid from the Engineer's
Budget Fund 0211-204.
