the above improvement having been submitted ta the Council, and the Council having con�idered aame
and found the said asse�sment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RF�dLVED FURTHER, Tha.t a public hearing be had an said assessment on the 19th
�,y of I�arch, 1969 , , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a�nd place of
hearing, the na.ture of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lat or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
