The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proeeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is

March� 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Cauncil Chaxnber of the Court
House and City Hall B�ilding in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meetin� to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
