The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruet the sidewalk en the west side o!` Cretin Ave. fro� Baadolph Ave. to _
the north li�e of Lot 8, Blk. 1, Aii�itor's Sub. #59 and ou the east side of Cretin
Ave. from palace Ave. sauth approxitiately 127 ft. and by doing all othez work which
is nee�ssary,and incidental to cc�plete said improvemea#,except where good and
sufficient poured side�alka naw exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.50 per l in. f t. for 5' vwlk

Resolved �'urther, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the� 18t� d�y of
arch,_ 1969 ' , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City:Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting ta the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing�, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
