The Council of the City of St. Paul having receivec� the report of th� Commissioner of Finance'
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. That `the nature of the improvement which the Council recomm�nds is
to reconstruct `th� aideWalk oa the west side of Alb�rt St. frc� P'air�u�uat Ave. south
app�roxi�ately 126 ft. and by doing all,other work which is necessarq and incideatal
to complete said improveme�t.
with no alternatiqes, aaid th�t the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.50 per lin. ft. for 5' walh
$ 4.20 per lin. ft. for 6' Walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 18th day of
�arch, 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Ch�mber of the Court
House a:nd Ci�y Hall Building in the City af St. Pau1. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the'Chaxter, sta.ting the time and pl�ce of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
