That at the recommendation of the Department of Planning and Economic Development, said property shall be conveyed to the Housing and Redevelopment Authoriry of Saint Paul for development purposes. That any proceeds from the sale of this property, as agreed to by the buyer and the City of Saint Paul, sha11 first compensate the market value of the property to the current owner, any administrative fees and real estate processing fees. Any remaining proceeds will be divided between Department of Public Work's Capital Projects Fund and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority. 4. The remaining land that is located south of the relocated sidewalk on the south side of Maryland is excess property. Public Works is willing to sell this land to the HRA, from what I understand, wouid then sell it to a developer who is interested in property. Proceeds from sale should be deposited in Public Works Capital Projects Fund. The Real Estate Division will coordinate this.
