RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Worka be and is hereby instructed and
d�irected to prepare plans a,nd specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Cauncil for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials axe hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

of the Council known as Council File No. 241437 approved Dec. 24th. 1968
