I transmit herewith preliminary estimate of cost for the construction
of a public storm sewer in Jackson Street from University Ave. to Mt. Airy
St. and in Mt. Airy Street from Jackson St. to Wales St. (S-1387) under
Pre) iminary Order C. F. No. 241145, approved December 3, 1968.
This project was initiated by the Department of Public Works as a
public necessity. Financing will be by area assessment, Local Improvement
Bond Funds and M,S.A. Funds.
