Selby Avenue which is on the North side of the street� between
:Ulilton and Chatsworth Streets.
This location has been licensed for a similar business
since 1933. The present licensee� Ben�jamin �. Berkus� has held
the licenses sir�e July 1, 1968. The appli.cant had previously
been licensee at this location froin October 1957 until Mr. Berkus
becatne licensee.
There is one other 3.2 place within tWO blocks. 2'he
closest On Sale Li.quor place is five blocks and the clasest Off
5ale Liquor place is three blocks away. 3'he nearest church is
1�'i�ee blocks away� and the nearest school is one block away.
Currently Mr. Nielsen is not employed. He previously
