Donald Steimer while he is temporarily totally disabled by
reason of injuries he received on December 2 , 1968 , while
employed by the Department of Public Safety , and that $36.00
in final settlement , for time loss on December 11, 12 , and 13 ,
1968 , is now due and payable.
