Spencer ' s rec{uest to waive section 33 . 04 , subsection 3 , paragraph a of the Building Code which states ; "For a dwelling erected one (1) or two (2) stories in height , with or without attic , on a lot less than a �_ ' forty (40) foot frontage , the side yard space shall not . be less than three (3) feet" for the Germain St , side of the property located at 1600 E. 7th Street and Germain. The Board recommended to the City G�uncil that the waiver be granted. Motion carried by vote of the Board members 4 to l . The Board agreed �to grant continuance of the appeal of Rlaurice Rosenbloom for 10 days requested because of the death of his father . Mr. Connelly was asked to invite individuals in- volved in the financing of loans and grants for home im- provements in census tracts 9 and 10 to the next meeting in order t�iat they might explain the procedures involved in granting such loans and grants . There being ilo further business , the meeting was adjourned. •
