The Comanissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 241277 approved Dec. 12th. 1968
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the south side of Ann Arbor St. from Cretin
Ave. to Finn St. and bq doiag all other work which is necessary and incideatal to cc�m-
