RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
clirected to prepare plans and apecifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
appraval; that upon said approval, the proper city afficials are hereby authorized and directed ta pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

of the Council known as Council File No. 241274 approved Dec. 12th. 19 68
relative to reconstructing the sid�walk on both sides of Plum St. from Maria Ave. to
