directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, .and submit same tA the Council for

The Commissioner of Public Wortcs, having had under consideration the preliminar3
of the Council known as Council File No. 241893 approved Jgn. 24th. 1y `�
rel�tive to reconstructing the sidewalk on the west. side of Cretin Ave. from Randolph
Ave. t0 the north line of Lot 8, Blk 1, Auditor's Sub. #59 and on the east side of
Cretin Ave. from Palace Ave. south approximately 127 ft. and by doing all other work
which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
