RESOLVED FIJRTHER, That the Cammissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
d�irected to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon sa.id approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 241948 approved Jan. 28th,. 19 69
relative to recmnstructing the sidewalk on the west side of Cleveland Ave. from Randolph
Ave. to Palace Ave. and on the east side of Cleveland Ave. from Randolph Ave. to Juliet
Ave. and bq doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said im-
provement.
