The Com�issfoner of �ublic Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 241891 approved Jan. 24th. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Cretin Ave. from St. Clair
Ave. south to and including the alley, approximately 145 ft. and bq doin� all other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
