RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor, City Clerk and
City Comptroller to execute deed of dedication of a perpetual
20—foot sewer easement to Northdale, East Oakdale, Oakdale
an.d Woodbury Joint Sanitary Sewer Board, the center line
. of such 20—foot sewer easemen.t being described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline
', of Winthrop Street and the centerline of North
� Park Drive as designated in the plat of Battle
Creek Heights Plat 3, thereof on file or of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds
in and for Ramsey County; thence easterly along
the centerline of North Park Drive as designated
in said Battle Creek Heights Plat 3 a distance
of 302.76 fe�t a tangent curve concave to the
South having a radius of 1240. 27 feet and a
central angle of 35°45' ; thence southeasterly
tangent to said curve a distance of 120.00
; feet to point of actual beginning of line to

! described line 713.37 feet to a point on East
line of the NE �4, Section 2, Township 28,
Range 22 which is 1292.31 feet North of the

authorize and direct the proper city officials to execute a deed
of dqdication of a perpetual 20 foot sewer easement to Northdale,
East Oakdale, Oakdale and Woodbury Joint Sanitary Sewer Board,
said easement described as follows:
