Resolution in Support of State Bonding for the Minnesata Institute for Regenerative
Medicine
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul desires to establish a bioscience corridor and seeks oppommities to building
the bioscience sector; now, therefare be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul requests $15 million in state bondina to acquire land, predesign, design,
construction and equipping of a research facility to house public and privately funded research in the area of
regenerative medicine and to act as a catalyst to support and develop collaborative research between the Mayo
Institute and the University of Minnesota as well as private companies in the bioscience sector.
