The ouncil of the City of St. Paul having reeeived the report of the Coxnmissioner of Finance
upon the bove improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves;
1. T at the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby rdered to be proceeded with.
