Klas Page Two May 6 , 1969 I might add that there has been a payment , made upon this matter in the amount of $�5 , leaving an unpaid balance in the amount of $125 . I agree with Mr. Davis and yourself that this is properly a matter that should be paid for by the City. At the time of the original incident how� ever, my representation was of Mr. Davis as an indi- vidual. If there is any further questions on the matter please contact me. You will note the charges i made in view of the time involved, particularly the i hours involved, are well beneath the Ramsey County I Bar minimum. This is because of th'e understanding �� which I had that the bill would be paid by Mr. Davis as an individual.
