WHEREAS, C.F. No. 23959�, approved July 26, 1968 entering
' into an agreement between the City of St. Paul and fi�m of
Greely and Hansen, Engineers>and
� WHEREAS, The agreement provided for the firm of Greely
and Hansen to submit a Phase i Report within one hundred-
fifty (150) calendar days following authorization to proceed and
WHEREAS, The firm of Greely and Hansen was authorized to
proceed on September 25, 1968 and
WHEREAS, It is now advantageous to both the fir�n of
Greely and Hansen and the City of St. Paul to delay the Phase 1
, Report until after the 1969 Minnesota Legislature has ad,journed,
therefore be i t,
RESOLVED, That the firr� of Greely and Hansen shall have
until July 15, 196g to submit the Phase 1 Report.
