2004 Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore ad ted and amended by this Cossncil, be hereby further amended

On Council Resolution 97-1102, a budget was established to purchase property for salt storage and snow removal dumping. The property
that the Deparknent of Public Works was interested in purchasing was not available. There is still a need to locate property to facilitate
these needs and the Depaztment would like to move the budgets to the current yeaz. Also in 1997 a budget for the restoration of the Rivoli
Dump was adopted. This work was done d'uectly out of the Street Repair Fund, so the Departrnent is requesting that this budget be
allocated to the Salt Storage and Snow Removal Dump projecu.
