WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from the
U. S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), and
WHEREAS, the City is required to expend CDBG funding in a timely manner, and
WHEREAS, there are a number of CDBG funded projects w+th fund balances which are available to be
transferred to projects which need additional funding and are able to expend the CDBG funding in a timely
manner; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
approve the foliowing amendment to the Community Deveiopment Block Grant Fund:

Approval of the attached resolution, which will reallocate CDBG funds to ptovide addirional funding for the Neighborhood
Revitalization Acquisition Fund and the Wilder Cooperative Housing Project.

The Acquisition Fund and the Wilder Co-op Project can use addirional CDBG funding, and the expenditure of these funds will assist
the City in meeting HT JD timely expenditure requirements.
