The uncil of the City of St.-Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the bove improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. at the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby rdered to be proceeded with.
2. at the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is

Resol ed Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �x� day.of
1 9 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeti g to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, atating the time and place of
heaxing, t e nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
