The CommisSioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known aa Council File Noe 242672 approved March 18th. 19 69
relative ta reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Avon St. fromn Lincoln
Ave. so�th to the alley approximately 150 ft. and by doing all other work which is
necessa�+y and incidental to ccsmplete said improvement.
