RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering
One VIBRATING SHEEPSFOOT ROLLER to the City of Saint Paul, Water Department, Hamline
and Carroll, Saint Paul, Minnesota to BORC�iERT-INGERSOLL, INC. for the contract
price of $5,910.00 in accordance with city plans and specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid ��3470 of said Borchert-Ingersoll, Inc. such
bid being the lowest meeting specifications and said Borchert-Ingersoll, Inc.
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
