WHEREAS, The Departrnent of Public Works, Bureau of Engineers is
requested from time to tirs�e to furnish to various individuals or
firms, copies of prints, plans and other engineering data and,
WNEREAS, The Department of Pubiic Works incurs costs in addltion
to the actual material cost of these prints, plans and other engineering
data; therefore be it,�
RESOLVED, That the Department of Public Works be allowed to
charge a reasonable service charge for handling and mailing prints, plans and
engineering dat+i and be it further�
RESOLVED, That the f unds be credited to the Bureau of Engineers,
Department of Public Works.
