Hay, husband and wife, as joint tenants, being the present record owners of Lot 19, Block 4, Wessel's Addition to the following: An easement for construction purposes on a strip of land 8 feet in width on the west side of and adjacent to the easterly 4 feet of Lot 19, Block 4, Wessel's Addition, from Surburban Avenue to the alley in the xear of said lot. Michael Noonan, Attorney for Frank Hay, Jr. and Laura M. Hay, for a Quit Claim Deed from the City of Saint Paul for the Cityfs interest to the following: An easement for construction purposes on a strip of land 8 feet in width on the west side of and adjacent to the easterly 4 feet of Lot 19, Block 4, Wessel's Addition, from Surburban Avenue to the alley in the rear of said lot. Said easement was condemned for the purpose of construc- ting a public sewer on, under and across Lot 19, Block 4, Wessel's Addition, and was subsequently deeded to the City of Saint Pau1 as a temporary easement to remain in effect until the expiration date of July 31, 1966. The attorney for the record owner of subject land makes this request to clarify the original intent, being that said construction easement was temporary. It is the recommendation of the Land Committee that the proper City Officials execute a Quit Claim Deed on behalf of the City of Saint Paul to subject temporary easement. __._.... � ._...._... _ �����. �._.__• - . �� � J.
