C I E LUTION—GENERAL FORM , PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE DATF WHER S the C issi of Highways has prepared preliminary pians for the im- provement a par of Trunk Highway Number 392 renumbered as Trunk H�ghway Number 94 within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul from Mounds Bivd. to Kennard St.; and WHEREAS said preliminary pians are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, St. Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled, a�d identified as Layowt No. 15 L, S.P. 6283-06 (9�392) from Mounds Blvd. to Kennard St.; and WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, lebeled, and identified are also on fiie in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works; ar�d WHEREAS the term "said pr�liminary pians"' as hereinafter used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and to incorpor�te the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described; NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that s�td prelimin�ry plans for the improvement of Trunk Hlghway Nuraber 392 renumbered Trunk Highway Nun�er 94 within the limits of the City of St. Paul be and hereby are approved with the foilowing revisions: l . The Minnesota Highway Depart�aent include in the project the widening and imp�oving of Mounds Bivd. between Third St. and Seventh St. to �ccaru�odate the additional traffic leaving the freeway at the Kellogg Ra� presently designated as T.H. #61. 2. The Johnson Pkwy. and Ea�i St. Bridge be constructed to accomwnodate a future 44 foot street with eight foot sidewalks. 3. AII local streets terminated be with cul-de-sacs. 4. All frontage roads be a minia�um of 30 feet wide with space provided for boule- vards and sidewalks. 5. TF�e existing pedestrian crossings at Plua� St. and Cypress St. be perpetuated and an additional crossing be constructed between White Bear Ave. and Jot�nson Pkwy., with a Hazelwood St. location preferred. 6. The intercha�ge of T.H. #94 and T.N. #61 provide for all turning moveme�ts. 7.
