Due to the death of �'ed George last Fa11� I�artin J. Mansur
became the H,driinistrator of his estate.
As Administrator o£ ��is estate and procuring a Probate
Court order, he makes applicati�n for the transfer of all of the
above licenses issued to I3ud and Ted George at 537 Ureemaoad 5-treet
to Bud George (as sole oz-mer) at the same address.
Attached is a copy of his letter with the probate court
order, making such request.
