The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is'hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement ,
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Cypress St.` from Fremont St. to
Fourth St. and by doing all other work which ie necessary and incidental to coaplete
said improvement, except wh�re good and sufgicient peured side�ralks naw e�acist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.5� per lin. ft. for 5' walk
$ 4.20 per .lin. ft. for 6' Walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 29th d�y of
1�A3c., �969 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Cauncil Chamber of the Court
Houae and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cos� thereof as estimated.
