The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, awnd the said improvement
is here�y ordered to be proceeded with.
2. Th�t the nature of the improvement whieh the Council re�ommends is
to reconetruct the sid�walk on both sides of Lex�.ngton Ave. from St.. Clair Ave. to

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 28 th , day of

House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta.ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
