The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Como Ave. from Rice St. to Park St.
portions of which will be replaced with integral curb and sidewalk and by doing
a11 other work which is t�ecessary and incidental tv complete-said improvement,
eaccept where good aad sufficient poured sid�walks ao�w exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3•50 per lin. ft. for 5� wslk
$4.20 per lin. ft. for 6' walk
$1.20 per sq. ft. for integral curb
and sidewalk.
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 28th day of
May, 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, statin� the time and place of
heaxing, the nature-of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated. 2 9 1969
