The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Cominissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement,-and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. -
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Nevada Ave. fram DeSoto St. to 8dgerton
S�. and by duing all other work whtah is necessarq and incidental to cc�plete said
impron�eat, except fhere goad and suftiei�t poured aide�alks now exist.
with no alternatives, and:that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.50 per lia, $: for 5' walt
$ 4.20 per lin. ft. for 6' walk y
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the ��� day of
Hay, 1969 , , at the honr;of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
Houae and City Hall Buiiding in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of �'inance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total co�st thereof as eatimated.
