WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul entered into an agreement yeazs ago between the city, state and federal
govemment to maintain I-35E from the city's southern border to the downtown business district as a 4-1ane, 45 mile

RESOLV�D, that the City of Saint Paui takes a position and urges the Ramsey County delegation of the State
Legislature to continue its commihnent and not change the status quo regazding I-35E.
