The Commissioner of Public Works� having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 242572 approved
March 12, 19 69 relative to changing the grade of ROSE AVE, from Western
Ave, to Virginia Ave. to corf orm to the grade as shown on the profile on filein the Dept.
of Public Works. ALSO, condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes,
cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject tand or remainder
thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and
surfacing with bituminous material ROSE AVE, from Western Ave. to Virgnia Ave. (G-1910) •—
a�d having investigated the matters and things referred to therein� hereby reports:
