OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK O NCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY , COM M I551 ON E DATF — WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul was warned well in advance of impending floods by the United States Weather Bureau; and WHEREAS, this warning led to implementation by local officials of emergency procedures and plans that have saved lives and property; now therefore BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby express its gratitude for a job well done by Joseph Strub, Meteorologist in Charge, United States Weather Bureau (Saint Paul-Minneapolis) , Robert F. Peterson, Commissioner of Public Works, the Department of Public Works, Commissioner William E.
