In the Matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and e�enses for the
construction of a twin lantern street lighting system (above standard) on the
northwest side of East 7th Street from approximately 104 feet north east of
Beech Street to Minnehaha Avenue and the southeast of East 7th Street from
Beech Street to Mendota StreetjMinnehaha Avenue and on East 7th Street from
Payne Avenue to approximately 260 feet northeast of Payne Avenue.
Preliminary Order: 03-346 approved OS/07/03
Final Order: 03-547 approved 06/04/03
The assessments of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection
with the above improvement having been submitted to the Council having
considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all
respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTAER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on
the 28th day of April, 2004, at the hour of Five thirtv o'clock P.M., in the
Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St.
Paul; that the Valuation and Assessment Engineer give notice of said
meetings, as required by the Charter, staCing in said notice the time and
place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed
against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is
directed.
