RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the awaxd of the Contract Committee
therefor and here'by awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental for the Fabrieation of 20
Sets of Picnic Table Tops and Benches and 20 Sets of Frames for the Department of
Paxks, Recreation and Public Buildings, Saint Paul, Minnesota to MOLIN COIVCRETE
PRODUCTS CONiPANY for the contract price of $2,6�+9.00, in accordance with City
plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Corporation Counsel be
a.nd hereby is direeted to draf`t the proper forms of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
of the City oP Saint Paul. This is an addition to Formal Bid #3373.
