under Preliminary Order ��"�7�5 approv� March 12, 1969
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. . That the said report and the same is hereby appro�ed and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
�o recosetr�ct the sidewalk on bcth sidea of Cypreas Street fre� Third Street to
Conway Street and by daing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
coanplete aaid improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalka noW
exist
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.50 per lin ft for a 5' wia� walk
$ 4.20 per lin ft for a 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That,a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 16 th day of
rra�, 1969 , , at the hour of 10 dclock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hal1 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
sa.id meetin� to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
