In the Mattsr of reconstructing the sidawalk on both sid�s of McLean Avenue
fr�m Bates Avenue tc Mound Street and by daing all o�ther work which is necessary
and inciddntal to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 2G�2720 approvec�— 1'�erch 20, 1969
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
. 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby oxdered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the CounciY re+eommends ia
to rsconstruct t�ie sideWalk on both sides of KcLean Avenue froai Batas Avenue
to Mound Street and by doing all other work which is nacessary aad incidental
to et��te said improvement, except vhere good and sufficient poured sidewalks
nc�w exist
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $3.50 per lin ft for a 5' wide walk
$4.20 per lin ft for a 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 16th day of
1��, 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
