RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
does hereby accept dedication of a 30—foot wide permanent
sewer easement on, under and across a portion of Block 5,
Franklin D. RooseveltTs Homes Addition, con.veyed to the
City by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of Saint Paul, a copy of which deed of dedication
is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
and the Corporation Counsel is hereby instructed to place
on record in the office of the proper office of recording
the original of said quit claim deed.

Gentlemen:
The Land Committee, having met April 9, 1969, considered
the dedication of a 30 foot wide permanent sewer easement on
under and across a portion of Block 5 Franklin D. Roosevelt
Homes Addition, to be conveyed to the City by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saa.nt Paul, a copy of
which deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
The proposal was reviewed and recommended for acceptance
by the Department of Public Works, and is hereby recommended
for acceptance by the City Council.

of Minnesota, party of the first part, and CITY OF SAINT PAUL, a
municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Ma.nnesota,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, iri con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hareby acknowledged, does
hereby Grant, Bargain, Quitclaim, and Convey unto the said party

the center line of said 30 foot permanent sewer easement

Commencing at the intersection of the center lines
of Jessamine Lane and Ames Avenue; thence southerly
along the center line of Jessamine L�ne extended to
the South line of Ames Avenue; thence northeasterly
along the South line of Ames Avetiue a distance of
39.12 feet to the point of beginning; thence south-
easterly deflecting 66° to the right to a point on the
West line of Germain Street and there terminating;
Also, a 10 foot wide �en�porary cc�n5ti u��i�n e�s�men� on
each side of the above described permanent easement;

Comm�ncing at the intersection of the center
` lines o.f Magnolia Avenue and Hazelwood S�reets;
thei�ce easterly 30.00 feet along the extended
center line of Magnolia Avenue to a point on
the East line of Hazel�aood Street; thence
southerly along the East line of Hazelwood
Street 18.56 feet to the point of beginning;
thence easterly deflecting 84°30' left a dis-
tance of 110.00 feet; thence easterly deflecting
7°30' left a distanc� of 99.49 feet; thence north-
easterly deflecting 46°3� ' left a distance of 176.32
feet; thence easterly deflecting 59�20' right a dis-
tance of 100.00 feet; tlience southeasterly deflecting
31°50' right to a point on the West line of Jessamine
Lane, and there terminating;
Also, a 10 foot wide temporary construction easement on
each side of the above described permanent easement;
all according to the plat thereof on file and of record in
the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County,
Minnesata.

and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, to
the said party of the second part,its successors and assigns Forever.
