WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul entered into a.n agreement
with the United States Government for an advance for preparation of
planning doct�ents pertaining to the construction of a Civic Center
Concourse, P-Minn. 3089; and
WHEREAS, Convention Center Architects and Engineers, Inc.
were engaged to prepare the planning documents for the aforesaid
Civ3c Center Concourse, and said Conveation Center Architects and
Enginesrs, Inc. have coaipleted document"s and submitted them for
approval; and
WHEREAS, the completed planning docUments have been approved
by the Civic Center Commission by resolution dated April 17, 1969,
-a copy of whieh is hereunto attached and made a part hereof; now,
therefore, be it
ttESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that the
planning documents submitted by Convention Center Architects and Engineers,
Inc. as the basis for construction of the Civic Center Concoexrse dated
March 13, 1969, and that the statements and forms CFA-430 request
for review aztd approval of planning do�uments in connection with Department
csf Housi.ng and Urban nevelo�aent, Project No. P-Minn. 3089, be and
the same are hereby approved and that certified copies of this resolution
be filed with the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
