WEIEREAS, the City of Saint Parsl has entered into an agree�ent
with Conventioa 6enter Architects and Engineers, Inc, for preparation
of plar�ni.ng doc�ents for a new a.rena and connecting tunnel as part
of the Ciwic Center project; snd
WHEREAS, Convention Center Architects and Engineers, Inc.
were �gaged to prepare the planning documents for said new arena
and connecting tunnel, and said Conve�tion Center Architects and Engi.ac+ers,
Inc, have co�pleted documents aad plans and submitted the�n for approval;
and
WHEREAS, the completed planning docn�ents have been approved
l�y the Civic Center Cc�mission by resolutivn dated April 17, 1969,
a copy of Which is herennto attached and nade a part hereof; now, ther�fore,
be it
RESOI.YED, by the Council of the City of S�int Paul, tha.t
the plas�ning doc�ents sub�itted by Gonwentic►n Center Architects and
Engineers, Inc. as t�e basis for the constraction of the new arena
aad connecting tttaael for the Civic Cemter da.ted l�arch 13, 1969, be
��and the same are hereby approved.
